Paso 1 Crema de mantequilla, mantequilla de cacahuete y azúcares juntos en un tazón; batir en los huevos.
Paso 2 En un tazón separado, cernir la harina, el polvo de hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio y la sal; mezclar con la mezcla de mantequilla. Poner la masa en el refrigerador durante 1 hora.
Paso 3 Enrollar la masa en bolas de 1 pulgada y ponerlas en hojas para hornear. Aplanar cada bola con un tenedor, haciendo un patrón cruzado. Hornee en un horno precalentado a 375 grados F durante unos 10 minutos o hasta que las galletas comiencen a dorarse.
